Located in the neurological centre of the Port de Pollença, 20 metres from the promenade and the beach. Maricel 1 is made up of a total of 24 apartments distributed in 3-storey building with a lift. This complex has spacious common areas such as gardens, terraces and a swimming pool for children and adults.
On the other hand, Apartamentos Maricel 2 share a complex with Apartamentos Maricel 1 and guests can enjoy their beautiful communal areas such as terraces, gardens and swimming pool for children and adults.
